Do I need an Omani Visa?
No, we have dedicated staff to facilitate your crossing from the UAE into the Musandam. We will require a copy of your passport and UAE visa 48 hours prior to your crossing.
Do I need Omani Insurance on my Car?
We strongly advise that you purchase Omani Insurance before driving here.
Do you accept credit/debit cards as payment?
No, we currently only accept cash payment.
What deposit is required to secure and confirm a booking?
We require a 50% upfront deposit to secure your booking.
What are the air and water temperatures?
Air and water temperature varies greatly throughout the year, depending on the season.
Do you provide towels onboard?
Yes we do.
Are children and/or infants allowed on board?
Children and infants are welcome onboard, however strictly only under direct adult supervision.
What type of food is served onboard?
We serve an array of international cuisine and arabic food, freshly prepared on board by our hotel trained chefs.
What is the water visibility like?
The visibility will vary by dive site and conditions. Generally a safe rule-of-thumb is 5 - 20m, depending on the season. The best visibility tends to be from June to October/November.
Do I need a wetsuit?
We recommend you use a wetsuit during the winter months from end of October to end of May.
How many dive sites are there and what dive sites?
25 dive sites all accessible by boat only, with a speedboat travel time of between 20 minutes and 2.5 hours depending on the site. Check the dive site section of our website for more information.
Do you rent out dive computers?
No we do not.
What can be seen on the dives?
We have different varieties of soft and hard corals as well as a healthy marine ecosystem boasting everything from the small to the large. Have a look at the dive sites section of our website for what you can expect to see on each dive site.
Is there under roof parking available at the dive center?
No, we do offer open parking though.
Do you provide a pick up/transport service to and from Dibba?
We don’t directly provide this service, but taxis and ubers are freely available in the region.
